The following document represents an award paid out to a victim of medical malpractice. Susan developed the case and submitted the claim to the hospital on the victim’s behalf.
The following four documents represent the outcome of a case Susan developed against East Side Manor, Inc., a personal care home. After Susan received complaints from disabled and elderly residents of this care home, she began an investigation in which disturbing and unsafe conditions were found. Susan then submitted her findings to the State department of public welfare, who then verified her findings. Many lives were changed as a result.
