The following four documents represent the outcome of a case Susan developed against East Side Manor, Inc., a personal care home. After Susan received complaints from disabled and elderly residents of this care home, she began an investigation in which disturbing and unsafe conditions were found. Susan then submitted her findings to the State department of public welfare, who then verfied her findings. Many lives were changed as a result.
